Ideal and clean hotel, enjoyed it.

The employees were helpful and respectful. The room met needs well, beautifully maintained as in the picture.

The location was magnificent, at a short distance from a performing arts theater. Btw, it was just 20 min walk to downtown. We spent 1 night in a double room with the lucious green garden outside as well as twin double beds.

The staff - some of them were kind of rude.

Came in Santiago De Los Caballeros to relax and have fun, this good budget hotel was perfect place for doing it. The stay was very pleasant.

The hotel was fairly clean, there were attentive staff and tasty breakfasts. I loved air-conditioned room with the best bathroom. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals. A reasonably priced venue, my first choice in Santiago De Los Caballeros.

No complaints whatsoever, the hotel was small. The room we booked was air conditioned and cozy with twin double beds, the lucious green garden outside plus good enough breakfast as described.

Extraordinary service-minded staff, friendly service. American breakfast had lots of options, like fruit, fresh bread and meats. They made my stay amazing. Location for Santiago De Los Caballeros was historic. Smooth check-in, late check-out.

I had really nice days staying at this vintage hotel. American breakfast was hot and the staff were ENTHUSIASTIC. Really beautiful building, spotless and great bedroom. Awesome facilities and the pool was nice.

Outstanding stay, accommodating room, thorough staff. Breakfast was gluten free, lots of GOOD food. Panoramic view, a lovely balcony, great bed, too. I loved the secure location, within 25 minutes ride to Cibao airport.

It was a superb stay. I loved the absolutely perfect staff and the healthy food. The pleasant location of this fabulous place. The beach nearby was sandy and the view was decent. Exceptional service and a well-maintained pool onsite.

It's a very peaceful place with very courteous staff and comfy rooms. You could walk to a supermarket and stores. Amazing pool area too:)))
